Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Arid Apparel purchase, but if for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at orders@aridonline.com

Exchanges:

If you’d like a different colour we can arrange an exchange in form of a credit note once your item is returned to us. Please allow up to 5 days for processing after goods delivered to our warehouse.

Refunds:

In the unlikely scenario, you receive a faulty or wrong item we are happy to arrange a refund or store credit. Please note goods to be assessed by the Arid Apparel team to confirm prior to refund. Please allow up to 5 days for processing after goods delivered to our warehouse.

We don’t offer refunds on change of mind purchases, in this scenario we will offer a credit note once your item is returned.

When organising a return please take note of the information below:

Returns requests must be made within 14 days of order date

There is no returns or refunds on sale items

Any return postage, fee’s, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Goods must be in original condition Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed with original tags

Postage cost is the responsibility of the customer

Returns: Customers will be issued a credit note once goods are received and verified by our warehouse for any returns.

Refunds: Customer will be issued a refund once goods are received and verified by our warehouse for any refunds due to faulty goods only.
